'Jassi's...' plot transiting to some serious drama

MUMBAI: Well, for Jassi Jassi Koi Nahi the track has been built and the flagship show of Set India is ready to move ahead into some real drama.
After its one hour special last night; celebrating one year on air, starting tonight, the confusion between lead character Jassi and spurned suitor Purab is finally sorted out when Purab walks into Jassi's birthday bash with a cake and it then moves on to Jassi's realisation of what that gesture essentially meant.
What's next is the queen of hearts moves on to becoming the queen of the boardroom, with Jassi demanding that big boss Armaan make her CEO of Gulmohar. With her ultimatum of either CEO or out; Armaan is left with no choice but to bestow her with the coveted title.
Jassi is then challenged by key rivals like Mallika and Aryan who ensure her already uphill task gets even tougher. Also, one sees Jassi face trials and tribulations in her attempts to recoup the lost money of the fashion house as well as her endeavours in ensuring improvement of the company's financial status.
This then leads to Jassi's transformation. No, not her looks as yet! It's the transformation of a more confident, more wary and street smart woman who finally starts to understand the cruel ways of the world. Finally, Jassi sheds her innocence.
Speaking to indiantelevision.com, Sony's EVP programming and response Tarun Katial says, "It's exciting, innovative and an interesting time at Jassi... where the well talented supposed ugly duckling gets a chance to prove her mettle."
Jassi..'s ratings have been dipping lately and is not as up there as it used to be. When questioned on this Katial says, "Yes, there has been a slight dip, as people have been waiting for some zing and spike. Also, every track has a setting up phase and then progresses into full blown drama. The show was a build up till date and will now move on to a different zone."
So, Jassi is in transit right now. Maybe once the show reaches destination drama, the ratings scene at the Jassi.. pad will look a lot more colourful.

purab is the right man for her only because he accepted jassi for what she is-admiring her inspite of outward appearanceS.
ITS TIME WE STOPPED LOOKING AT OUTWARD APPEARANCES AND LIKE PEOPLE FOR WHAT THEY ARE IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR LOOKS, CASTE, CREED, NATIONALITY.
Jassi Needs to show her her real cute face to us. We have been waiting for a long time.
Jessi Jaisi Koi Nahin had had a flying start, all viewers were hyped up. Each episode was eagerly awaited by all viewers.
However, it is now very dissappointing to see that the show is beginning to get boring, viewers are starting to drop it off their list. Each episode is now being dragged with irrelevant un interesting takes and events.
It needs some zist, something new to wake people up and make it interesting again. Each episode should have a suspense followed by a solution.

I love Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin!! It's truly one of the best shows on Sony. I admire the entire cast, especially, Purab, and Maddi, Jassi's papaji,and well everybody! Fabulous performers! Hats off to you all.

I agree 100% with the above comment. You are thinking in the same direction as me. Purab deserves Jassi cause he loves her uncondtionally; takes her for what and who she is. The director cannot degrade a character such as Purabs to allow him to write a letter that he did to Jassi...it looks like Meenakshi replaced his actual letter to hurt Jassi.
JASSI & ARMAN are the best together, Purab does not go well with Jassi please he looks like her elder brother, it is a right thing for Jassi to marry Arman who is a sweet heart all all sony viewers cant wait to see Jassi reform and get to Arman, Purab cant act his talk his walk everything is so slow and artificial
Arman - Arman and only Arman suits Jassi, yes ofcourse Arman used Jassi for Gulmohar, atleast things were practical with Arman who can fall in love with Jassi at first site, ok that he knows her well and her nature people can fall in love and that too for a handsome guy like Arman and a son of a Rich man, you cant expect Arman to fall in love with Jassi at first site, things were not at all practical with Purab he is a business tycoon such a rich man falling in love with a middle class girl who has no looks no brains it is so stupid un realistic.
Jassi's story is getting old. How can someone be so lost in her own world of confusion? Where is her presence of mind?? Why is she not able to figure out that the advise given by her friend, Purab Mehra was genuine. Why is she not able to put the two together?? And how can a girl who is portrayed to have sound values pay heed to her friends' idea of taking revenge by creating jealousy?? She values her family so much and why in times of trouble can she not seek their support?? Where is this show going?? It will be a shame if Arman Suri ends up with Jassi. How can a chairman of a big company be so clueless and two-timer?? Arman's values are messed up. If his father entrusted the company to his son, why can Arman not seek his father's help?? What message are we getting?? A dumb son, filled with ego, uses a hard-working girl and plays games with his fiance'???? And yet people are watching this show!!!!!

jassi jaisi is a very pleasant serial . We had great fun watching it , but of late it has become very boring
I had come to know that jassi will change long back somewhat in november but she's still the same till now .
When will she change
P.S: Even if Armaan loves jassi now.
MR. Purab Mehra is the right guy for her.
The serial has become very interesting.I am hooked to the show and am just looking forward to see the transformation of Jassi.But , I feel she should forgive Armaan and get back with him later on .They make a great pair though it will be great putting him on knees to win Jassi back.
neither armaan nor purab are the right choice for jassi...by competing the two, we too want a nie, cute looking guy for our duckling turned swan... instead of a real man.... (armaan....doesn't deserve her, and purab left without even talking to her, face to face)...she should ask the only "GUY" in her life..who has been with her in everything she did...NANDAN VERMA to help her make a decision....NANDU too could be transformed into a happening dude.. and she could just go away with him....after all, the message of the serial is to look beyond the face...into real beauty...that is obviously not skin deep.....
